Doggie Drawings is a one-person online small business that has been operating since 2014. All wall art, enamel pins, and gift products are designed by artist Lili Chin. All your orders are printed and packaged in her home studio in Los Angeles and shipped directly to you. You can read customer reviews over on etsy.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom art will ship within 7 business days. Printed-on-demand items (t-shirts, yoga mats, totes) will take 1-2 weeks.
Approximate shipping times:

USA - 3-5 business days

Canada - 1-2 weeks

Rest of the world - 1-3 weeks.
Buyers are responsible for paying any import customs/taxes that may apply.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If your package is damaged in transit, please send photos and we will resolve the issue.
Returns/Exchanges are not accepted for:

Personal items (t-shirts, yoga mats) for hygiene reasons

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you make custom pins? Can you make a ___ pin?
As I work with a manufacturer to design and produce my pins in large quantities, it is not possible to make only one or two custom pins. As for other dog breeds, I haven't decided yet if I will be making any more dog pins and which ones I will make.
Do you sell digital files of your illustrations? Can you send a high-res or vector file?
My designs are not available for sale as digital files. All these designs are copyrighted exclusively to me (Lili Chin). Please don't download, modify, or re-purpose any of these images. I have written more at http://bit.ly/FAQbreedpics.
The digital proofs sent to you for your custom pet prints are for personal use only. You are welcome to share them online, with a link to this shop :)
