what you will receive
One 8 x 10 inch digital print of your custom drawing, signed by Yours Truly.
This is printed with archival inks on Epson Ultra Premium Presentation Matte paper and shipped to you, unframed, in a rigid flat document mailer using USPS First Class Mail. Larger prints will be shipped in a mailing tube.
A link to download a PDF file of the drawing.
You can make printed copies from this file as long as they are not for commercial use or distribution.
There will be extra charges for:

Your portrait commission includes a unframed 8"x10" print. These are prices for larger sizes: giclee quality prints on premium matte paper, which will be shipped separately to you from a professional printing company. If you are interested in custom sizes not listed here (including canvas wrap prints and framed prints) or require shipping outside the USA, please email me for quotes.

*UPDATE: Prints up to 16"x20" in size will be hand-signed and shipped directly from me to you.
EXAMPLE: if you are ordering a drawing of your 2 dogs and would like to order a large (unframed) 30"x40" print, you would add $60 to the base price of $260.

how to order
step 1: send me photos and a short description of your pet's personality.
I prefer photos that:

include different angles
-
include at least one good facial close-up
-
include at least one good full body pose (naked, with paws and tail visible) so that I can see all body markings and colorings

are taken in natural lighting that show accurate colors

show size relationships if there is more than 1 pet

are labelled with your pets' names, if there is more than 1 pet and if they look similar
-
show toys, collars, costumes or any object that you would like me to include in the drawing

Do you have any pose/expression preferences? (or would you like to leave this up to me?)

Any background color preferences?

Is this drawing for commercial use? (this will cost more and include transfer of copyright ownership)
If there is a specific pose you want to see, please let me know before I start drawing. If you change your mind on the pose after I have already done the drawing, I will request extra payment to start from scratch.
step 2: mailing address & payment
Please send me your mailing address and let me know if you have a payment preference. I accept credit card, Paypal, and Venmo to be paid in advance. 2%-10% from this amount will be donated to a non-profit animal rescue group at the end of the year. Let me know at the time of ordering if have a rescue group you would like me to donate to.
step 3: time frame
This will depend on how busy I am but roughly 2 days to 3 weeks (not including shipping time). I will first email you a JPG preview for your feedback. When the revised drawing is finalized and approved by you, I will print, sign and ship the drawing (or place the large print order), and email you a link to download the PDF file.
Domestic shipping by USPS First Class Mail takes approximately 2-7 days. If you are expecting a larger print and in the USA, this will take approximately 8 working days. International First Class Mail can take up to 3 weeks.
